Welcome to the Bolton, Mass. Republican Town Committee
The objective of our Committee is to promote an open discussion of issues and ideas that confront our town, our state, and our nation. We support traditional Republican principles of limited government as authorized by the Constitution, individual liberty, free markets, and fiscal responsibility. In this election year we are providing a forum for Republican candidates to come and discuss issues and their candidacies with us. We do not endorse candidates until after a primary election.
Our meetings are open to the public and a party affiliation is not required. Future meetings are posted under “Events Calendar.” If you have a question or prefer to be notified about future meetings, rather than checking the website, please send an email to

Congressional hopeful, Sam Meas was welcomed to the May 26th BRTC meeting held at the Bolton Public Library. Meas introduced himself as an example of the American dream. He believes his inspiring life story from orphan to refugee to adoptee is clearly a testament to how liberty, freedom and Capitalism have successfully shaped our country. When asked to describe his politics, Meas responded simply, “I am a Constitutionalist”. He believes the present socialistic approach to governing is not working. Cap & Trade, bail-outs and “Obama Care” are enabling not revitalizing. He further claims the Democratic Congress is subsidizing incompetence. He is concerned about the current trend of trying to spend our way out of this recession. For more information on Sam Meas visit his website at www.sammeasforcongress.com.
